Are there fees associated with international fundraising?
There is no additional charge to use Classy Passport. However, since these donations are international donations at the time of submission, you may be charged an additional international charge. Fee amounts depend on your payment processor, so we recommend checking with them to verify any additional international fees.
What currencies does Classy Passport support?
Classy currently supports 155 currencies. Note that support is for display only and not for settlement or receipting. While we support as many currencies as we can, some are not supported due to restrictions that prohibit transactions from certain countries.
What security and scalability measures does Classy have in place?
Classy employs a three-pronged approach to security focusing on governance, scanning and monitoring and infrastructure. We have a dedicated security team and all Classy team members go through routine training. Classy is PCI DDS Level 1 compliant and uses OWASP principles. We have 24x7x365 monitoring, network level scanning, regular third-party and internal audits, and we use Cloudflare for IDS, IPS, WAF and DDOS protection. Finally, we have best-in-class technology built on AWS with secure data management and a partnership with Stripe, PayPal and Coinbase meaning donors are giving through the most secure payment processors.
